This seven-day journey is intended to gently open you up and support your wellness and self-nurturing, creating more vibrancy and vitality in your life.

By noting how you nourish yourself each day, you will have greater insights into your own personal nutrition and wellness wisdom. When you tune into your body’s desires you can make decisions that feel right for you, deepen your self-trust and have a greater awareness of your personal preferences and personal nutrition. Doing so will allow you to live your life with more freedom and empowerment.

Intuitive nutrition is as individual and unique as we are. We practice intuitive nutrition when we honor our true personal needs and desires, and when we love, appreciate and take care of ourselves. Spending time this way allows us to connect with ourselves and be present to what is nourishing, and gives us the “ahhhhh” in our lives.

Intuitive nutrition gives us information that is unique to our needs and desires and informs our daily life. It is a very intimate way to be with ourselves and stay connected to our personal wellness wisdom.

Each day you are invited to give special attention to your personal nutrition choices and how you nourish yourself in different areas of your life.

You’ll receive a daily love note to accompany your daily nourishment journal for you to take notes. Allow your attention to your wellness to guide you through your day.
